Questions
Do my clients need an account?
No. Each request has its own private link. Your client opens it on a phone or computer and sends what you asked for. You can add a six-digit code for extra privacy.
What can clients send?
PDFs, photos, Word and Excel files and most other documents, up to 2 GB each, or a short written answer. Large files continue where they stopped if the connection drops.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Your logo and colour appear on every client page, and the emails carry your firm's name.
What happens when my trial ends?
You choose a plan. Nothing is deleted if you take a few days to decide; the office simply waits until you do.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
